Ce magasin a eu la bonne idée de conserver l'horloger qui travaillait dans la bijouterie qui était à cet emplacement auparavant. Et il est effectivement très compétent et efficace, il a notamment pu me changer la pile d'une montre Pulsar que d'autres bijouteries n'avaient pas pu ouvrir, et a accepté de m'enlever les maillons du bracelet d'une montre achetée ailleurs.
Par ailleurs, j'ai pu profité de l'amabilité et du sens du service du reste du personnel en venant avec ma fille de 2 ans choisir un bijou pour sa référente de crèche, tout le monde était adorable.

I went 4 times to ask to change the piles of my watch: 4 refusal for various reasons: watchmaker on holiday, absent, not,... By pretexting that it is " a métier" and it is the only one that can change the batteries... Go from once they agreed to change the piles of the watchtower of my daughter: it is when I bought for my son! It wasn't and the clockmaker (who was not this day but a saleswoman!) is authorised by law to refuse to change a pilot????
