At the heart of the matter is chicken, but not just any chicken: free-range for 100 days, then gently roasted and regularly basted in its own juices. The simple recipe works like a charm! Habitué de cette rôtisserie depuis 4 ans, je n'ai jamais été déçu une seule fois, que ce soit sur la qualité des produits et la quantité. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme des vendeurs au comptoir est également à souligner, que ce soit ceux du midi ou la vendeuse plus jeune le soir. Pour moi, un incontournable et indecevable restaurant de Boulogne.
