"Bread, wine and a kiss at the end": behind this great formula is Levain, a few hundred metres from the Bois de Boulogne. We are selling a concept here, that of the buddy restaurant and, after being a little doubtful, we have to admit that it is working rather well. In the plates, authentic dishes, whether it be hearty sandwiches, pâtés and other sausages, palerons, in short, robust dishes and beautiful things, all prepared under the guidance of chef Juan Arbelaez. The atmosphere is hushed and chic, we must recognize that the effort on the inside was particularly important. Be careful, you can feel the gravel while waiting...

une cuisine de qualité avec un bon rapport qualité prix
- les frites sont molles, froides et ont un arrière goût de poisson
- le burger de poulet a complètement changé : exit le beau morceau de blanc, pané au corn-flakes et au curry. C'est devenu un gros nugget de poulet fade, entouré d'estragon probablement surgelé
- le burger Pulled-pork était mon préféré, généreux, délicieux. La quantité de porc a été divisée par deux, la sauce aussi.
- le burger Bacon est à présent fade, aucun intérêt. Obligé de rajouter du ketchup (un comble)
- le coleslaw lui-aussi est moins bon.
Changement de chef, plan d'économie ou restaurant vendu ? Je ne sais pas, mais il y a forcément une explication.
Nous étions des clients très réguliers mais ce sera malheureusement notre dernière commande.
