The restaurant's repère and polishing agencies are a landmark, especially at noon where the dishes of the day are a great success. The map is attractive and does not disappoint: Simple but tasty buddy penne, excellent pan-fried bar, white wine sauce, vegetables and cherry tomatoes, giant gambas gambas with spinach and remarkable linguine vongole. Assez surprenant et décevant de commander des "Tagliolini aux gambas" à 25€ et de recevoir ce plat dépourvu de saveur et avec des minuscules morceaux de crevettes.

La recette c’est Tagliolini Gambas, Bottarga de Sardegna, tomates cerises, citron.
Très étonnant ne pas sentir le goût très iodé de la Poutargue….
Dans la photo que vous avez posté on reconnais bien toutes les ingrédients de la recette .Tous notre plat sont faites maison avec passion et amour ❤️
