Wij hebben 3 nachten gelogeerd in Sub hotel. De kamers waren niet groot maar dat wisten we van te voren. Kamer zag er goed uit, schoon en gezellig. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. |Ontbijt was erg lekker en de ontbijtruimte erg gezellig. |We konden onze auto en fietsen op privé terrein kwijt. Het hotel ligt op 20 minuten fietsen van Parijs. Ook Asnieres sur Seine is een gezellig plaatsje met winkeltjes en barretjes.

The best hostel in Paris. It is very clean, comfortable, and has a sweetie atmosphere. I put 5 stars for location because in this place, you can feel the real French culture, see the local people, and visit local markets. Thank you, guys.

I added 85 Euros to upgrade to a private room and I am happy to have made that choice. The room was roomy and the amenities were complete to a hotel’s standard. The location is good for what I needed - I commuted from Versailles to Hotel Sub and then to Paris for some nighttime photography then back until a morning bus ride to Paris Beauvais. My achievement here is that I did not take a taxi or Uber to Beauvais. It is doable to take the bus to La Defense to catch the Aerobus and make it in time for your flight. Morning estimations of arrival times are accurate and Beauvais is a small airport - walking to the gate is rather immediate. Stay at Hotel Sub!

The first day I checked in, everything was ok, the front staff is friendly. But the staff February 4th is so rude. Destroyed my journey. I really recommend you quit the job to prepare,or one day you’ll be sued. Not everyone is human beings.
Yesterday, I put the coffee cup on the right place, they said I need to put it in the kitchen. But it’s staff only. Several says ago I put something in the kitchen, they said it’s staff only. Also the staff who is easy to get angry , let me GO OUT. It’s your home? You have no right, and it’s yours problem! I said I would call police. They said:”ok, you call~” No apologies, but aggressive.
Sooner, I went to police station, they refund one day, I can stay here free. But I need more compensate. Police cannot help me anymore, they ignored my email.
This town is a nice place, and the first staff who has beard also nice. The second staff is terrible. And the black man, who called me to put coffee up in the staff only kitchen also not good.

Sub Hotel is located at 2 RER train station far from the city center, so it's not easy to say "I will have a walk here in the neighborhood" cause there's nothing around. Luckily, the train and bus stations are super close and it's easy to reach the city center!
Check-in and check-out were super and super fast, the staff is nice and they were ready to answer any questions!
The elevator is small, but big enough to carry a big luggage and 2 small girls like me and mum.
Breakfast was simple but had the essentials that could make it go through the day till dinner!
Talking about the room, we stayed on a Superior (room 38, at the end of the corridor) and it was big enough to fit 2 people, I can't imagine the Comfort rooms. The bathroom was nice, and renewed, missed only a couple of hangers for the towels to dry.
Bed was comfy enough, pillows a little bit less, but if you're really tired, it works!
Attention to the heater! You need to be able to use your phone in order to make it work.

I stayed one night at this hotel and faced a frustrating issue right at the entrance. There was no sign on the door to indicate whether to push or pull, which caused confusion. When I asked a staff member for help, they responded rudely and behaved in an unprofessional manner. This kind of treatment from the staff is unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service.
To be honest, I do not recommend this hotel as the staff makes guests feel unwelcome.

Hôtel familial un bon accueil et un service petit-déjeuner super rapport qualité prix je recommande. La propreté des chambres salle de bain petite. A seulement deux minutes de la gare de bois colombes et à 8 minutes de saint Lazare je recommande vivement

It was my first solo trip, and I arrived with a lot of luggage and some anxiety. However, the warm welcome from the staff immediately put my mind at ease. I’m so glad I chose this hotel!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Even though I don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and patient with me. Thanks to them, I was able to create wonderful memories during my stay.
Also, seeing Togouchi Japanese whiskey (戸河内)displayed at the entrance brought a sense of comfort to me. ♡

Incroyable , c’est devenu notre QG , notre escale entre mère et filles , les petits déjeuners juste exquis fais au fur et à mesure donc fraîcheur assuré !!!
Ensuite l’accueil , en général pour nous il est assuré par Djilali , d’une courtoisie , et d’une simplicité formidable , juste se qu’il faut pour se sente chez soi même à des kilomètres ! Sentir la sincérité et la bienveillance dans un accueil représente toute la beauté de l’hôtel !

En dehors de Paris, mais proche de la gare, avantage crucial, on peut ouvrir la fenêtre, c'est le calme, nous avons super bien dormi !

J'avais une réservation et ils l'ont oubliée. J'ai essayé de les contacter avant mon arrivée, mais ils n'ont pas pris la peine de me répondre. Je suis arrivé tard dans la nuit après 10 heures de vol, un retard et ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de chambres disponibles. Je suis resté sur le canapé de la réception et le matin j'ai manqué 7 heures parce qu'ils ont accepté ma réservation par agoda et ils refusent de l'annuler ! Ils ne m'ont pas parlé anglais et m'ont dit que je devais parler français, dans un hôtel ! C'est super qu'ils m'aient permis de rester toute la nuit à la réception le 14/10/2023, car Paris était en situation d'alerte à ce moment là, sans me demander ma carte d'identité. Vous êtes dangereux et impolis.

Cet hôtel est vraiment un joyau caché. Ce que vous voyez est ce que vous obtenez. Très bon emplacement. Proche d'une station de métro, de nombreux magasins et restaurants autour. Leur petit déjeuner est très bon. J'ai apprécié mon séjour.

Chambre assez petite (c'est souvent le cas en région parisienne) mais propre et bien équipée.
Bonne literie.
Calme et peu bruyant, sauf grondement des trains mais pas vraiment gênant.
Quartier agréable.
Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité, servi par une personne sympathique et prévenante.
Garage payant vraiment étroit. Gros véhicules s'abstenir.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter à l'occasion.
