SIEUR DE MORICQ'S CASTLE
Celebrity
Recommended
This vast building was once a castle, that of Antony; his first owner was Sieur de Moricq, president of the Court of Auditors in the seventeenth century, hence the name of the place. Sad for this ensemble, since only a dungeon, the main building and the wings remain, with the park partly becoming a real estate residence. However, it will be appreciated to make a detour, during a walk, the remains, especially the pigeon tree, being always in great condition and retaining some form of poetry.
