GROTTO OF SAINTE-GENEVIÈVE

It was built in the eighteenth century to adorn a source with miraculous powers. The legend tells us that in the Ve century, Saint Geneviève brought her up to quench his thirst and that of sick victims of an epidemic, which healed. A pilgrimage will settle in order to ask the saint to drop the rain or save children. Today we can see on the façade of this modest monument a statue of Geneviève and ex-voto.
