An inventive "bistronomic" cuisine is expressed throughout the meal in this restaurant. In the heart of the pretty village of Montlhéry, the atmosphere is cosy, between beams and stones. The chef plays with flavours to offer creative, varied and delicious dishes. We celebrate the seasons, throughout the year, for a gourmet moment, a beautiful escape or even a taste getaway (the names of the three menus concocted on site with seasonal products). The choice is wide, and sometimes pleasantly surprising: grilled octopus in virgin olive oil, fried turbot fillet with sweet pea risotto, chocolate fondant with lavender ice cream!

An always equal quality, the dishes change with the seasons while retaining finesse and originality. A little dark decor is quickly swept by the friendliness of your guests. A safe bet!
