This 17th-century residence welcomes you to a two-hectare estate with gardens (one of which is crossed by canals), an orchard and a wooded park, offering an enchanting, peaceful setting. It offers a rich cultural program, including workshops, events and guided tours. Tours are adapted for people with reduced mobility and can be organized in English on request.
Located not far from Paris, this building is an ideal getaway for art and history lovers. Labelled a "Maison des Illustres", it offers an immersion into the creative world of Jean Cocteau. You can explore authentic living rooms, such as the grand salon with its poetic, eclectic universe, the bedroom upholstered in leopard print and the study, all of which retain their original furniture and objects. A temporary exhibition room also awaits you, with a variety of exhibitions on display throughout the year. To round off your visit, you can watch a film or documentary dedicated to Jean Cocteau's cinematic work in the projection room.
