So remember the oyster aquaculturist who played his own role as oyster aquaculturist, Joël Dupuch, famous both on stage and in his parks, because it is there that he excels for the happiness of oyster lovers in the basin. Joël Dupuch belongs to the sixth generation of a family of oyster farmers. The company, Les Parcs de l'Impératrice, is located on the Cap Ferret peninsula, in the place called Les Jaquets. Joël Dupuch and Bruno Gaüzère, his partner, produce exceptional oysters in an environmentally friendly way. Thanks to five closed-circuit purification tanks, we can find the classic, non-fat and iodized, the special, firm and crunchy, and finally the pearl, well fleshy, as we like it! If you are lucky, you can see the "famous" and especially passionate Joël Dupuch.
