Le Bistrot du Bassin cleverly blends the products of the land and the sea with the must-have: Joël Dupuch's seafood and oysters, of course... to be enjoyed naturally or gratinated. You can also enjoy foie gras, a black pig rib from Cambes and homemade purée or scallops, virgin walnut sauce, mashed potatoes. what a pleasure...
