Located in the heart of the Hôtel des Pins, a charming hotel on the tip of Cap Ferret, the evening restaurant offers a gourmet stroll between pond and ocean. In addition to the à la carte menu, the unique menu offers a wide choice of dishes. Cornet of fried squid with tartar sauce, homemade duck foie gras, back of lean beef with sauce vierge, roast cod (chorizo and vegetable tian), veal chop with thyme-lemon jus. Desserts remain classic: vanilla crème brûlée, strawberries with sugar or chantilly, coffee tiramisu, etc.

Cuisine exquise qui étonne par ses saveurs et son raffinement exceptionnels. Service élégant et professionnel de haut niveau, accompagné d'une musique d'ambiance soigneusement sélectionnée. Les chambres offrent un standard élevé avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Suis bien d'accord avec le précédent commentaire, hôtel qui a su garder son authenticité, situé en plein centre mais calme, dans la végétation luxuriante, restaurant très bien, les plus gourmands trouveront à redire sur la taille des plats, mais la carte est variée avec surprises tous les jours. Personnel adorable, literie de qualité, petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Tout est fait maison. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
