Based in the small hamlet of Tronchet, Christophe Morin has been processing fattened ducks since 1988. All the production is carried out at the Mare farm. A rare address in Essonne. Tours of the farm are also organised from March to September. On the programme: history of foie gras, visit to the force-feeding room with a demonstration, visit to the laboratory, the slaughterhouse, the cutting room and the canning facility. A tasting of the products with a glass of wine is organised at the end of the tour
