Thanks to its name, this étéblissement is located near the famous airfield of Cerny/La Ferté-Ops, which hosts tens of thousands of people each year for several days at the very famous aerial meeting. On the menu: olive herring, the chef's bowl, the calf's blanquette, the Burgundian beef, the calf's head, the steak tartare, the chocolate profiteroles, the apple pie and eggs to snow. The menu changes every day and adapts to the arrivals and season.
