This superb festival pays tribute to the street arts for three days to celebrate the beginning of summer. Colours, shows, songs, performances and arts of all kinds invade the streets and the wooded park of Sotteville-lès-Rouen, about twenty minutes from Rouen by metro-tram. The Viva Cité festival will celebrate its 31st edition in 2021, the 2020 edition having been cancelled. Every year, it conquers more and more passers-by, tourists, neighbours and inhabitants as it brings a touch of freshness and madness to the daily life of visitors.

Situé en plein cœur de Sotteville les Rouen (facile d'accès depuis Rouen). De nombreux spectacles très originaux à découvrir. Un très bon moment à partager en famille.
