Blonde, amber, pure brown malt or Christmas beer, haute and non-pasteurised fermentation, is a beer rich in flavours that will delight amateurs. The visit allows you to discover the different stages of its manufacture, from the crushing of barley to bottling, but also to taste the beer jam, with a surprising taste. The house also manufactures Du, an aperitif based on beer and beer-de-vie in oak barrels, measuring 16°. A unique product in Europe! And if you are conquered, you can make provision for soft amertumes at the shop. Smarter: Blonde, brown or raspberry, the house offers beer jam La Richard Cœur de Lion based on yeast and sugar yeast.
