MARC ET MÉLANIE AUX SAVEURS D'HIER ET D'AUJOURD'HUI
Marc and Melanie are two friends. She works on a family farm and raises small-scale farm poultry. He's a business cook. They now put their experience and love for local products serving individuals and communities. Foie gras, pâté, black sausages, sausages, poultry… as many dishes, offered in their stores or on craft fairs, emanating from local chains. Marc produces dishes that remind us of the "recipes of our grandmothers", such as the poultry pâté at port, the rillings of foie gras, the headache, or the guts… Note that all preparations are concocted without coloring or curators! Mara strawberry products from wood such as syrup, coulis or sparkling are offered for sale. Marc and Melanie also offer baskets to compose according to your desires and budget.
