Without intermediaries, the farmers leave their production in a deposit-sale. There are more than 1,000 organic or sustainable products, ranging from dry to fresh, not forgetting wines, natural fruit juices, olive oils, honeys... The store welcomes its producers on Saturdays, organizes tastings and contests.
