With a friendly welcome, the Conceria is a folkloric restaurant located in Goxwiller, offering Italian dishes.
A little piece of the Italian peninsula in the heart of Alsace! This not at all folkloric restaurant is housed in an old tannery that looks like an American ranch. You can take advantage of the vast space to rest with your family or friends, but, given the success of La Conceria, it is wise to make reservations. The welcome is friendly as hell and, in the plate, mamma mia! italy sings to its heart's content... Pizze galore, pasta fresca al dente, a succulent slab of red tuna flambéed with Amaretto (si!), antipasti and dolce to match!

Le cordon bleu était bien gros, bien bon et la sauce avec le parmesan (ajouté en plus) s'accordait parfaitement.
Le personnel est agréable et souriant, ça fait plaisir.
Je n’ai pour l’heure jamais été déçu. Chaque plat que j’ai testé était un sans-faute, toujours bien travaillé, généreux et savoureux, les cordeaux bleus sont dingue ! Tous ceux à qui je fais découvrir l’endroit en ressortent bluffés et y retournent avec plaisir !
Mais au-delà de l’assiette, c’est aussi l’accueil qui fait toute la différence : chaleureux, sincère, presque familial. On s’y sent bien, comme à la maison, avec le plaisir en plus d’être servi par des gens passionnés et profondément humains.
C’est devenu un rendez-vous mensuel au minimum… Un lieu que j’aime, recommande, et qui fait partie de mes restaurants coup de cœur dans toute la région.
D'autres plats sur la carte nous attiraient beaucoup : on reviendra !!!
