Chef Alexandre Ozanne serves in the rustic dining room of his restaurant small dishes prepared from fresh products of the interior Normandy: large sea bass, calf blanquette to old or bar fillet in orange crust and juniper cream, and to finish a chocolate fluffy or Tatin pie. His meal is enjoyed by watching the fire in the fireplace in the winter. For an extended stop, the hotel also has 10 rooms, simple but at very high prices.
