Daniel, Eliane and Arnaud Masselin raise ducks in the open air on their farms in Burey. They then rinse them before developing fatty livers in their own laboratory. Fat livers are sold fresh or prepared, alongside guinea fowl, turkeys, chickens, candied, breasts… The Masselin have set up a point of sale on the spot, which you will easily discover in a small visit.
