A must-visit address in Gisors! Behind the humble blue-and-white façade, you'll find a cosy dining room with a fireplace and a beautiful kitchen. All dishes are home-cooked, using fresh market produce or caught fish, and offer sophisticated flavors such as sea bass with Jerusalem artichoke mousseline, or truffle osso buco with mashed potatoes. As for desserts, the baba-like madeleine and the caramelized parsnip with chocolate ganache and clementine sorbet are sure to please.

We visited this restaurant by chance. We were 2 hungry cyclists. We were given such a warm welcome and the food was absolutely delicious. The chef de patron did an amazing job of looking after everyone and it felt very special. The food was beautifully cooked with lots of nice touches. The fixed menu was really good value. We would highly recommend.

Nous avons eu un service irréprochable, nous avons été choyés, ce jeudi soir, seuls (malheureusement pour le restaurant). Nous avons adoré nos plats. L'intérieur est chaleureux. Soirée parfaite.

Un vrai restaurant gastronomique, une carte courte, simple et néanmoins efficace.
Je vous recommande le Menu dégustation accord mets et vin. Une vraie expérience gastronomique, délicate, raffinée et avec toutes les explications du Chef qui sait accommoder les produits locaux.
À quand l’étoile Michelin? Amplement méritée selon moi.
