A must-visit address in Gisors! Behind the humble blue-and-white façade, you'll find a cosy dining room with a fireplace and a beautiful kitchen. All dishes are home-cooked, using fresh market produce or caught fish, and offer sophisticated flavors such as sea bass with Jerusalem artichoke mousseline, or truffle osso buco with mashed potatoes. As for desserts, the baba-like madeleine and the caramelized parsnip with chocolate ganache and clementine sorbet are sure to please.
