Typical Norman restaurant concocting traditional cuisine rich in seasonal products.
In the centre of Conches, this former post relay is a typical Norman residence dating back to the nineteenth century. Mario Mathoux offers traditional, tasty cuisine, rich in seasonal products, that he adapts with a touch of originality. Enjoy the homemade duck-like liver terrine, the langoustine cracks, the veal intern and Tatin Tatin, or the supreme chicken valley of Auge. The house also offers 13 renovated rooms, two of them on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility, and a room for ceremonies, banquets and seminars that can accommodate up to 100 people.

Draps propre mais la chambre mériterais une remise au goût.

Hôtel honereux par rapport à la qualité
Cet hôtel cessera en 2025 d ou le manque de travaux pour relooking.
En effet la ville de Conches va changer la destination de ce bâtiment.
Je conseil d aller en dehors de la commune pour dormir (Évreux par exemple)
Le petit déjeuner était plus que suffisant.
Nous pouvions choisir de dîner à l'hôtel ou dans l'un des restaurants situés à 300 ou 400 mètres.
La chambre était petite, plus spacieuse, le chauffage était allumé et l'eau chaude dans la douche était agréable le matin.
