Behind the ancient facade of the Lion Table, in intimate decor, Chef Christian and his brigade develop a refined and tasty cuisine that delights the taste buds. You can't mistake it by choosing this address, one of the best in Belfort. A succession of gourmet dishes drawn to classics, fine suggestions on slate, very fresh and regional products: croûte with franche cream, veau sauce, perch roasted with fenouils, beef ballotine with braisées carrots. Don't forget to taste the röestis, sparkle and fondants to whom we give special mention. A selection of wines in bottle or glass ends up glorify flavours in the mouth. The plates are generous and it is by greed that we will go on the side of desserts, which remain on excellence: chocolate foam (as at Mum), season pie, caramel chocolate biscuit with salt salt… And to spoil nothing, the Lion table service is nice and fast. The chef also passes on each table, talks with his clients, a spark in the eye, happy to delight them.

The chef, Bernard Treil, has a personal touch in the warm and contemporary setting of the establishment's restaurant. The card is certainly standardised Novotel but it changes twice in the year and offers daily dishes to choose from the "chef market". For the rest, besides the classic brasserie style - Caesar salad, beef tartar, omelet, etc. - the planchas to compose offer a wide choice of meat or fish, upholstery and sauces. A friendly formula whose cooking preserves flavours… Close to bar & restaurant, and free access: business corner, XBOX, Kinect, comic space and sports events.

This establishment is what we call a good place to live, and where you will create pleasant memories. You're going to be piker, on the beautiful mezzanine, in privacy with your first love, a student to debate the courses, students get down on the ground floor to re-start the world. Later it's a family, or with friends and girlfriends, that you go back to it to say that life is done well. In any case, whatever one says, but one thing is sure, that there is an excellent atmosphere and the pancakes are still good.

At Lulu de Cavagnac, a wine bar, restaurant and delicatessen, well located between the old city and the centre, find all the flavours and the warmth of the Southwest France, accent included! Nothing was left to chance in the decoration of this trendy small place, fully glazed on street. The DIY-lights - chandeliers in stemmed glasses, in bottles or in food cans - take part in the jovial atmosphere of the bistro, just like the cellar nicely highlighted behind a XXL glass. Duo or numerous guests can be received in the friendly dining room, to discover about fifty wines of which several tens are offered by the glass. Lulu, of course, offers a wide range of bordeaux but that's not all since the menu offers a fine selection of wines from all over France. And to accompany the precious wine, there are several planchettes to taste: cold meat - freshly cut in front of you -, foie gras (Lafitte), caviar (Sturia), or cheese - tomette de brebis with Espelette peppers, coeur d'Alvignac, bouyguette of Tarn, fondant du Fédou... On the menu, you can also find duck pâté and fish rillettes, but also champagne, aperitifs and digestives or coffees and teas. On weekdays, the chef serves, for lunch, a menu of the day, consisting of a main dish, generally meat or fish at choice, and a dessert. Lover of the Southwest France, Ludovic Cachot offers an authentic cuisine, prepared with fresh regional produce. As for delicatessen, there are gourmet baskets to offer or to consume, and the rich selection of Basque country's products will bring the sunshine in your kitchen!

A small, pleasant restaurant, located in the old town and serving Alsatian specialities. With good value for money, it is ideal for an evening among friends. The decor is simple and warm welcome. There are many specialities: tartes, flambées, hot boxes, ham, morels, salads… Flammekueches (flambées) live up to their reputation and well-rounded. However, baeckeoffe (traditional dish based on potatoes, meat and vegetables) leaves a little to be desired. You can also pay attention to the small room, and provide a small committee.

In this area of the old centre where many restaurants are found, the Vauban is a simple address. A surprise card with a limited choice around local recipes. You will be served by local cuisine: duck with Fougerolles cherries, sliced poultry with franche cream or an explosion that you can also take. Carp frying is a specialty of the house that displays the Artisan-Restaurant label and focuses on know-how and local products. Desserts are also made home, you can choose between traditional caramel cream and seasonal pie. In the beautiful days, you will settle on the small terrace overlooking the square of Grande-Fontaine.
