The cuisine is both traditional and personal, with a focus on local produce, poultry and rabbit as well as freshwater fish. Duck breast with comté cheese, salad with balsamic vinegar and grainy mustard, pan-fried ham and potatoes, cheese platter with excellent wine and Roger's coffee included in the service. No hesitation to stop by if you are passing through the region!
