Bonne fromagerie à la sortie de Salins. Du parking en suffisance. Les fromages sont très bons et on peut demander à les emballer sous vide (1,5 € par emballage), très pratique si on veut les consommer plus tard. Le seul point d'amélioration est le service: un sourire en plus ne serait pas de refus et une réponse un peu plus diplomatique quand on demande si on peut goûter serait un plus, surtout quand on commande beaucoup et poliment - nous étions 10 et un d'entre nous a eu le privilège de goûter un morceau de comté de quelques grammes ! Dommage quand on achète +/- 15 kilos de fromage.
