Charming restaurant in Coteaux du Lizon serving regional specialties, fondues, meat and fish.
Here is a charming restaurant, on the shores of Lake Cuttura, where regional specialities are in the spotlight. It is installed in an old film mill, close to a dam. The big trough wheel was restored in 2008, the restaurant was created in 1990. It is in this house that wood was once turned to make pipes. Fondues are available with or without morels or accompanied by cold meats. Warm goat's cheese in season, or smoked beef tongue, are served with guinea fowl supremes with Poulsard, or a pan-fried fillet of pike-perch. A good stopover in a beautiful natural setting, where local craftsmanship has left its mark on the place through the heritage that still exists.
