Brasserie with terrace in the heart of Saint-Amour, serving quality bistro cuisine with fresh seasonal produce.

Just a stone's throw from the church and the Salle La Chevalerie, this is a place not to be missed. First of all, for the decor, worthy of the greatest brasseries of the 1900s. Moldings, high stucco ceilings, mirrors... It exudes the charm of yesteryear! As for the Bistrot cuisine, featuring seasonal produce, it is revealed in the menu. We love (among other dishes) chicken supreme with morel mushroom cream and vin jaune, warm camembert and risotto with truffle bits. The tastings, accompanied by tasty platters, are also very much appreciated. A great address!

Restaurant très jolie. Nous y avons été bien accueilli. Le buffet d'entrée est très variés et frais. Nous avons très bien mangé. Le petit apprenti est très accueillant et très investi dans son métier ce qui donne un charme de plus à ce Restaurant. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçu.

Osez pousser les portes du café Français, la décoration va vous transporter! Le concept du bar à salades est bien pensé. Les salades faites maison sont très bonnes d'ailleurs. Le poulet au morilles était très bon. La seule fausse note était les frites curves avec... dommage.
