For more than 50 years, the historical setting and gourmet cuisine have contributed to the success of this upscale restaurant. Located in the centre of the village, just towards the church, it has a very nice old French decor. The welcome is discreet but effective and appreciable. The tablecloths and table settings highlight the specialities that refer to Bresse and Jura. The menus offer 3 choices of starter and main course. Quality is found in each of them. Morels stuffed on half an ice cream with yellow wine, crayfish soup with herbs, Bresse chicken, frog legs in parsley are a delight for gourmets. The retro wine list (prices indicated in pencil) is spectacular. All regions are represented with their best wines. It is finally tempting to extend the stay by booking one of the comfortable rooms on site.
