BRASSERIE LA JURASSIQUE

In Pupillin, Léo Petit is one of the vineyard's many wine-brewers. Based with his parents at the Domaine de la Renardière, he has been developing his brewery since 2015. La Jurassique is now available in blond, amber and dark varieties, as well as IPAs and Christmas beers, depending on the creator's inspiration... Like his grandfather and father before him, the young man wanted to create. So it was beer, in a hangar where he built his brewery, salvaging equipment here and there, until he was able to produce his T-Rex-headed bottles.
