In the polar complex, here is the "Polar Bistro". A vast and luminous room with a design in keeping with the spirit of the Espace des Mondes Polaires (a door separates them). The furniture and tones are in keeping with the spirit of the building. Sorin is in the kitchen. He has a great professional background, including a long stint at the Brasseries Paul Bocuse. He likes to work with beautiful and good products with a lot of humility. The flavours are there. The menu is not overloaded, because everything is worked fresh. A good address in the heart of the Regional Park.

Service très long. Cher donc un mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Pour ma part quantité insuffisante dans les assiettes.

Le service est très agréable, ambiance très sympathique et très agréable, les plats sont exquis, les desserts encore mieux, vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés.
