Le commercial est venu à 2 reprises pour estimer le cubage, les difficultés d’accès et les moyens à mettre en œuvre etc.. il nous a fait signer pour 95m3 de volume + 20m de portage + transbordement dans leurs locaux.
TRES GROSSE MAUVAISE SURPRISE à l’arrivée puisque le camion a dépoté nos affaires dans un garde-meuble et seulement 65m3 ont été nécessaires..soit une SUR-EVALUATION de +33%. …qui se traduit autant sur la facture....
