It offers cheeses matured by Arnaud. Comtés aged from 5 to 36 months and matured at the Fort des Rousses. You'll also find other regional specialties, including "producer" wines. A remarkably friendly welcome and very reasonable prices. Juraflore regularly wins gold awards at the well-known Concours Général Agricole.
