Fanny and Christophe Liautaud used to run an inn a few kilometers from Poligny, but since 2018 they've decided to settle in the county capital. The cuisine evolves with the seasons and is based on local produce, with an emphasis on short circuits. This has become a fine restaurant where reservations are essential, as the number of covers is limited to ensure quality service. The wine list features biodynamic, natural and sustainable wines. In season, the terrace welcomes you, facing the beautiful building of the former town hall.

L’accueil est très sympathique, on dirait que nous sommes des habitués alors que c’était une première fois.
La déco est moderne et non ostentatoire.
Le service de midi a été rapide (1 heure pour le menu du jour complet).
Les plats sont goûteux, bien préparés, et relativement accessibles niveau prix.
La carte des vins au verre m’a semblé un peu chère., mais il y a le choix.
