LES JARDINS DE GRUSSE

Emmanuel Kovarik launched his Jardins de Grusse in 2004. We are at the foot of a small valley where the Sonnette spring gushes out and on the edge of the GR 59 for hikers. They can also stop at Emmanuel's who produces fresh fruit and vegetables. His biodynamic farm is classified AB and Demeter. There are 40 species of vegetables and the gardener favours his own seeds. The sale, even the picking, is done in baskets. The establishment receives trainees and school classes. Another way to play hooky!
