Bistronomic restaurant with terrace in Champagnole offering fish, selected meats and excellent desserts.
Christophe Germain and Flavia run this modestly sized bistronomic restaurant in a modern and bright atmosphere, with a terrace in fine weather. The menu changes 4 times a year to make you travel even to far away places. The dishes, whatever they are, are skilfully presented. Even the daily menu is well placed for an establishment of this standing. The fish has a significant place in the starters. If you are more of a meat person, they are carefully chosen. The desserts are also excellent.
