François Delage offers his current catch for direct sale and tasting: sea bream, sole, sea bass and more. His motto: from boat to plate, there are no middlemen. The menu is very short, with only the freshest fish cooked to perfection, but as simply as possible, a la plancha or cut into carpaccio. All dishes are accompanied by a baked potato topped with herb whipped cream and green salad. The tasting room is located on the harbor, with a lovely view of this corner of the basin.
