Founded in 1862 by Ulrich Mauron, Fromagerie Mauron is a family business dedicated to the manufacture of cow's milk products. Today, it offers white cheeses, garlic and herb cheeses, crème fraîche, metton, cancoillotte and yoghurts with active bifidus, for sale online and on site. You'll also find the famous Comté AOC cheeses, organic dairy products, cheeses sold by the slice, bison meat products made in Haute-Saône... Enough to fill your bag!
