SAÔNE RIVERSIDE CYCLE ROUTE

From Port-sur-Saône to Gray, the old towpaths have been rehabilitated over nearly 70 km, accessible to bicycles, horses and of course pedestrians. Fishermen, walkers and local residents meet here. Along the banks of the Saône, enthusiasts can discover the testimonies of the work done by boatmen in the past: lock keepers' houses, locks, traces left by the ropes when boats pass by.
