At the beginning of Esprels, two marked courses are available to you:

The Prieuré Priory and the Lauzin is a medium-sized path. Count 3 h 15 for 13 kilometres. He starts from the centre of the village. The route invites you to discover several listed farms, fountains and the village of Marast. Don't miss the priory, a typical example of Romanesque art.

Around the Montaigu and Mont Jesus is more difficult. It takes 6 hours to travel 23 kilometres. A sports hike that borrows a part of a GR road before going to the Château de Vallerois-le-Bois.
