Jewelry workshop-museum at the foot of the Castelnaud castle, displaying unique pieces and samples collected from all over the world
The Compagnie Générale Minéraux Bijouterie has opened a space at the foot of the Castelnaud castle, on the other side of the river, studded with various shapes and colours of precious stones. This workshop-museum, a veritable Ali Baba's cave, presents, for example, a 400 gram amethyst geode, an exceptional sample of calcite bristling with crystals, unique pieces and samples collected from all over the world: the 500 m² of exhibition space tells the story of the magic of the mineral world, from the entrance to the mine to the crushing and stoning. The jewellery workshop allows you to "crack" at the exit and offer yourself a stone or a necklace.
