It is the small novelty of the summer on Vergt. Le Mouton Noir, this bar-restaurant is open from 9am to 10pm from Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday lunchtime. In a relaxed atmosphere, Claire and Josuha offer you a seasonal menu presented on a slate. They use as much as possible local products such as those from the farm of l'Héritage or those of Puygauthier Gauthier, which are very close. Josuha elaborates a cuisine worked in a bistro style, the dishes follow the seasons. Claire officiates at the service between the room and the terrace under the market hall. Jop, a cartoonist, has created their logo.

Nous y sommes allés pour l'anniversaire de mon mari nous étions 8 et comment dire c'était excellent, très bonne cuisine sans prétention à un prix plus que raisonnable au vu de la qualité des produits, vu le nombre de personnes que nous étions nous avons pu goûter plusieurs plats et nous étions tous satisfait, BRAVO au cuisinier. Le lieu est intime je dirais même cosy c'est vraiment agréable ! Pour l'occasion on nous a commandé un gâteau exceptionnel... Service fait avec le sourire par une charmante jeune femme. Que demander de plus ? Je recommande vivement si vous êtes de passage dans le coin. Nous y reviendrons très vite et pense le recommandé à mes proches.
