It is the small novelty of the summer on Vergt. Le Mouton Noir, this bar-restaurant is open from 9am to 10pm from Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday lunchtime. In a relaxed atmosphere, Claire and Josuha offer you a seasonal menu presented on a slate. They use as much as possible local products such as those from the farm of l'Héritage or those of Puygauthier Gauthier, which are very close. Josuha elaborates a cuisine worked in a bistro style, the dishes follow the seasons. Claire officiates at the service between the room and the terrace under the market hall. Jop, a cartoonist, has created their logo.

Nous y sommes passés par hasard pour boire un café un weekend. Puis nous avons fait un détour le weekend suivant pour y manger. Un vrai régal, qualité des produits au top et service impeccable. Un vrai coup de coeur.
