This former cheese factory founded in 1818 now houses a museum and a shop. A visit allows you to see how Comté cheese is made, especially in the boiler room with its enormous copper vats. All this is accompanied by a short and very instructive film, which will appeal to even the youngest visitors. At the end of the visit, your cheese will be just right!
