Culinary emblem of the region, the Morteau sausage is unparalleled! This house produces the sausage at an altitude of 700 metres according to traditional know-how, with sawdust smoking in the pipe farms, large chimneys typical of the Haut-Doubs. And it's a success: its Morteau sausage won the regional gold medal in 2020 and a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2019. Morteau Saucisse also produces Montbéliard sausages, smoked sausages and head cheese.
