Le musée d'art et d'histoire de la ville de Montbéliard est situé à proximité du Temple Saint Martin, de l'hôtel de ville et de la maison Forstner. Il possède une belle façade, étant un ancien hôtel particulier. Il est bien éclairé aussi lors des lumières de Montbéliard.
