On the magnificent Grand Merlhiot estate, Henri has fulfilled his dream of having his own truffle farm. Under Olivier's management, it's now the largest truffle estate in Périgord, covering 55 hectares. Three beautiful guest rooms offer breathtaking views of the truffle fields, and a table d'hôte meal honors this gastronomic treasure. And for a complete truffle experience, you can take part in cavage sessions during the season, or in the harvest!
