A few kilometers from Morteau, the Mont de Fuans restaurant offers traditional Franc-Comtois cuisine. Here, you will find the emblematic dishes of the region: trout, morel mushrooms and the famous smoked dishes of the Upper Doubs, but also other more confidential dishes such as the gratin with crayfish tails, which is just as delicious.
