An authentic chef is at the helm to follow the rules of traditional recipes, Pho or Bo Bun soup, with fresh products. The skewer grills are to lick your fingertips (but yes, let's really play it asian fast food street!). If you're in a real hurry, you'll just have a Vietnamese sandwich to go, especially the Banh Mi from the range. It's good and efficient, with counter service.
